Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery for IBL Sprog & Kultur

1. General Terms
IBL Sprog & Kultur offers intensive language training in the form of one-to-one and group instruction. All courses are tailored to the customer’s needs and carried out as agreed in the offer or order confirmation.

2. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices for courses are stated in the offer or individual agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the course will be invoiced upon registration, and payment must be made within 8 days of the invoice date. In the case of late payment, reminder fees and interest may be charged in accordance with applicable law.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Courses for private individuals are VAT-exempt.

3. Registration and Confirmation
Course registration becomes binding upon acceptance of the order confirmation. The course is binding for the agreed number of hours.

4. Cancellations and Changes
For one-to-one and group lessons, the following applies:

• Cancellations must be made no later than the weekday before the lesson, by 2:00 PM, via email to info@iblsprog.dk. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the scheduled hours will be deducted.

• Lessons can be rescheduled in agreement with the teacher but must be held within the agreed course period.

• If IBL Sprog & Kultur cancels a lesson, the customer is entitled to be offered a new course date.

• Missed attendance in group lessons does not entitle the participant to a refund or replacement lessons.

5. Course Structure and Materials
Teaching is planned individually, and materials are agreed upon separately. Standard materials are included in the course price, while others must be purchased separately.

• Paid hours are valid for 12 months from the course start date. Hours may be transferred to another person or converted to a different language. In the case of changes, 2 hours will be deducted for administration.

6. Online Courses
The customer is personally responsible for meeting the technical requirements necessary to participate virtually. Any costs incurred are the customer’s sole responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform IBL Sprog & Kultur in writing via email at info@iblsprog.dk and receive a confirmation. If the course has already started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. For companies, no right of withdrawal applies.

8. Confidentiality and Copyright
All course materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without written permission from IBL Sprog & Kultur. Both parties agree to handle confidential information responsibly.

9. Liability and Force Majeure
IBL Sprog & Kultur is not liable for indirect losses or circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, strikes, or technical issues. In such cases, we will do our best to find a solution, such as rescheduling the lesson to an alternative date.
