IBL Sprogservice offers fast and efficient translations between most languages and has extensive experience and expertise in a wide range of subject areas. We translate all types of documents and can work in most formats, however we recommend that documents are sent in Word.

For fast and efficient translation of e.g. marriage certificate, baptismal certificate, deeds or other official documents, it is often required that the translation is carried out by a state-authorised translator, stamped and verified. We can also do this, but the delivery time may be a bit longer for these tasks as the translation has to go through several agencies: the Danish Business and Companies Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, the customer should always be aware of this out before starting the task.

We always strive for fast and efficient translation, often from day to day. Before starting a job, you will be given a fixed delivery time and price. As a rule of thumb, you should expect a professional translator to be able to translate around 2000-2500 words in a normal working day. However, stamped/verified translations often require 1 – 2 extra days due to the extra time for verification at the Business and Companies Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

We strive to deliver in the same format as the text is received. And the customer has 14 days from delivery to check it for any defects, after which the job is considered approved.
